Cannabis Lemon Herb Salmon


  • 12oz fillet of salmon
  • 2tbsp cannabutter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • fresh ground pepper
  • sea salt


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season salmon with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Melt cannabutter on medium-low heat in small skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until just beginning to brown (when you can start to smell the garlic cooking). Remove from heat, add lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and fresh chopped parsley and stir to combine.
  4. Top the salmon with the garlic herb butter sauce. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. 
  5. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
